I must say, it is NICE to always be able to celebrate My birthday on the actual day, no matter what day of the week it happens to be! BIG NEWS: I got the house!!! Yes, I’ve closed the deal on a house for My grandparents to live in here in Las Vegas and I’ll be moving them out here early August. Yay!! Now I can take My time selling their old house and it will likely sell easier once it’s empty. FYI, I am legally responsible for them now.
